How to look fashionable with a limited budget

Christmas..Dinners..Events..Party
All girls wanna doll up and look their best but what if..... it's the end of the month and we are out of budgets? As we all know to chase after fashion might cost a bomb especially with the unlimited clothes and styles you can find..

Fret not.. here are some solutions i thought of and i found 1 or 2 from the web..

1. Organize a clothes swap party where you get to exchange clothes with your friends 'cuz all of us have things we don't wear anymore or cant fit in anymore..
2. Be groomed. Steal the rich look. The rich always have nice bright teeth and ever shiny hair. And the bodies are just perfect. Hence the conclusion here is take good care of your body, hair, skin and you will look good in the cheapest dress.
3. I think self-confidence is the most inexpensive yet the best 'outfit'..
carry your confidence with you everywhere you go and taa-daa... you look amazing in just a huge tee with a shorts.
4. You may find the first to third kinda un-practical... oh well, you can mix and match your old clothes.. even vintage and retro are somehow back in style..

5. I personally think we should not wrap ourselves too tight like a 'bak chang' (chinese dumpling). It is sucha turn off.. If you're wearing a body hugging top, i suggest a loose bottoms.. or jeans.. dont wear shorts..

6. Dresses are the best.. it's simple and easy to put on plus, you can wear them anytime anywhere but remember not to throw on a formal dress if shopping is in your to-do-list. Knowing when to wear what plays a part too.
7. For guys, never ever ever wear the harem pants which i call it the big balls pants.. firstly it's for ladies and it looks terrible for men..
